Walk-ins
We want clients of True Animal Vet to always have access to quality veterinary care. We will always accept walk-ins for urgent matters and will strive to see clients as quickly as possible given the schedule and patient load on any given day. Feel free to call us to discuss your pet's health if you’re worried! We also have an outdoor fenced-in area if your pet gets anxious while waiting. If you're wanting to get seen as a walk-in for a routine checkup, vaccinations, or other non-urgent issues, our team may direct you to the earliest available scheduled appointment in the following days ahead if nothing is available that same day. We're doing our best to help you and your pet, thank you for your patience!
Drop-offs
True Animal Vet offers concierge drop-off service for free to our clients. We want you to be able to access care with even the busiest of personal schedules. Or, if you want to drop off and enjoy a bite to eat at The Kitchen or a massage at Hand & Stone, we’ve got you covered, too. Simply put “drop-off” and the reason for the appointment in the description when booking your pet’s appointment via online booking. When you arrive at True Animal Vet, give reception a call at the number provided and we’ll be out to assist you and take your pet in.
Once your pet’s exam is completed, we will call you to discuss the findings and make any recommendations, if necessary. When your pet is ready for pick-up, we will call you and let you know.
